Returns and Exchanges
  1. We provide an easy exchange option within 10 days of delivery of the product. However, customized orders cannot be exchanged or returned.

2. We allow early cancellations for orders. Once an order is placed you have 24 hours to cancel the order from the time of booking and we will refund you the money. In the event of cancellation, your payment will be returned to you within 14 business days.

3. The colour of the product as seen in your monitor or screen’s display may vary from the actual product colour, as colours in computer monitors, and screens of electronic devices vary.

4. At Kaaru, we thoroughly do a quality check before dispatch of all orders. However, in the event of order being received damaged, we will need you to reach out to our customer care team within 24 hours of you receiving the order. We will require you to take images and videos of the damaged garment along with the courier box it was delivered to you in. The customer is required to inspect the product immediately upon delivery and shall within 24 hours from such delivery give notice in writing to Kaaru designs (kaarudesigns@gmail.com) and Courier Company by email, by any matter whereof the customer may allege that the product is not in accordance with the order. If the customer fails to give such notice the goods will be deemed to be in all respects in accordance with the order and the customer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods accordingly.

5. Unfortunately, currently we are unable to exchange online orders in store.

6. Any products purchased during sale will not be eligible for return or exchange.

7. For international orders, the client needs to pay any duties, VAT, or taxes imposed by the government of the destination country. If the client refuses to accept the parcel from the forward agent and the product is returned to Kaaru designs in India, the client will not be eligible for a refund or be able to claim any charge backs.

8. How can I return or exchange an item?

Select the Order and Product you want to Return/Replace
Share the Item Condition and Photo with the detailed refund reason for Refund/Replace. Our Return
team will consult and accordingly our fitting expert team will get in touch with you with a
quick response.
The day we receive the outfit back, we perform a thorough quality check. After the outfit passes the quality check, we will gladly Exchange or give Store Credit, which you can use for your future purchase. Sorry, No Refunds. Need any assistance email us at kaarudesigns@gmail.com
