How long does it take to ship my order within India?
- Most ready to ship orders are dispatched within 3-4 working days of placing the order.
- Custom made or personalized products take 15-20 days to prepare after
- placing order.
- Once dispatched from our end, your order will usually reach you within 4-5 working days within India.
- If you would like us to expedite your order, you can simply reach out to the customer care team.
What are the delivery charges within India?
- We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders within India.
What are the delivery charges for International shipping and where do you ship currently?
- Delivery is worldwide. We ship everywhere except any location with shipping restrictions from India. For international shipping, the shipping and any other related costs are to be borne by you as per actuals.
Can I change the shipping address of my order once the order has been dispatched?
- We are unable to redirect orders once the order has been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.
Delivery was attempted, but I was unavailable. What can I do now?
- Do not worry, our courier company will try to reattempt to deliver within the next 2 business working days. In case parcel is still not delivered you can either get in touch with our customer care team or submit your delivery request to the courier company.
Will I have to pay duties and taxes?
For any international orders, Kaaru designs is not responsible for paying any duties, VAT, or taxes imposed by the government of the destination country.
- If the client refuses to accept the parcel from the forward agent and the product is returned to Kaaru designs in India, the client will not be eligible for a refund or be able to claim any chargebacks.
